Don't defend yourself. Hire a lawyer to defend you. You sound like you have a good defense, especially if you preserved the emails, texts etc.

The maximum is 12 months. If he can't afford a lawyer, he is entitled to a court-appointed lawyer. The minimum is 0 days. Hire a lawyer to get...

I have never heard of anyone having their probation revoked for speeding. So you have nothing to worry about there. Still better to be up front...
