Conditional discharge or a nolo plea would save your license, depending on your age. However, a lawyer can probably do better than that for you....

It will be near impossible for a prosecutor to prove you guilty of this, but you'll need a lawyer to help you get it dismissed.

It's not the same as nol prossed, but it means the grand jury declined to indict the case.
