Hi! I have a shoplifting charge from 2009 on my record, that I took a Nolo plea in chamblee, ga. Can I get this expunged?

I was charged with possession but never had drugs on me or in my vehicle I was going to buy from a friend

Not sure what your question is but the prosecutor, and not the cop who arrested you, will ultimately determine what, if any, charges you will face....

It depends on so many factors, and every county is different. I would guess that an average bond amount for residential burglary is in the $20,000...
