It sounds like you successfully completed the diversion program. Assuming so, no, this is not a conviction. That is what diversion is all about....

Charged w/ misdemeanor poss of marij less than oz. & poss of drug related objects but now felony crossing guard lines.

That felony charge is absolutely fightable and the misdemeanors might be too. Hire a lawyer immediately.

Speak to your probation officer about this, though you may need to go back in front of the sentencing judge to get the conditions of your probation...

No, that alone would not constitute disorderly conduct. Depending on the results of the blood test, that sounds like a very defensible DUI charge....
