Pathetic - Avoid
Gave this attorney the simple job of setting up a corporation. I gave very specific instructions regarding keeping some shareholders anonymous in the state filings. He promptly ignored my instructions and exposed those people in public papers. We managed to get the docs corrected but not before it...
