Neil Joseph Konn

Driven by a deep sense of justice, Neil J. Konn has built a distinguished practice advocating for consumers burdened by debt. He cut his teeth as a creditors’ rights attorney, where he managed collection efforts for lenders—filing lawsuits, securing garnishments, and overseeing foreclosures. Today, Neil leverages that insider’s perspective to represent individual debtors, having resolved over 1,500 cases through skillful negotiation and strategic settlement. He holds an Economics degree from Emory University (2004) and a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (2009), was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2010, and is licensed to appear in both the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia federal courts. An active member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association, Neil balances his professional life by exploring Atlanta’s neighborhoods with his wife and son and cheering on the Braves.
