Brian Walton Whiteside

I hired Mr whiteside to clean my criminal record so as to proceed with my immigration proceedings. He took my hard earned money and decieved me. He took my $4800 and never cleaned my record. he kept wanting more money and eventually resorted to calling me names. he also added that i needed him more t...han he needs me and i will never amount to anything in life reffering to my criminal history. He has very bad ethic and is untrustworthy. I wish i did better research on him. At the time he was hired, i was incarcerted. Please dont make the mistake i did.I will take your money and disappear.

After paying Mr. Whiteside he stopped taking any calls. He failed to show up for court and never had any knowledge of the case. I have several records of calls and text with no reply. This man is operating a lawyer just to steal your $$$. Even while sitting in court the judge tried calling him seve...ral times and he never return a call even to the court! I heard he was running for judge. We need to do everything we can (and I will) to keep criminals of the bench. This man did more than steal my $$$. He violated my trust and left my family in an already bad situation.
