Tiana Person Garner

After a very emotionally draining marriage it was time to end this chapter of my life. Divorce was the only option. I was lucky enough to find Tiana Garner. She is a true blessing from God. She protected me and my daughter through all of it. Her advise was right on. Her knowledge was outstanding. She... made me feel as if we has known one other for a while. I wasn't just money to her. She made me feel very safe. She gave me strength I didn't know I had in me. Thanks to her helping me have a fresh start at life I'm truly happier now than I've ever been. My daughter felt comfortable with her too. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. Even after hours she took her own personal time to return my calls. For all of her kindness she's forever in my heart. Again I'm very blessed to have found her. She is for sure in the right line of work. She works from her heart. I'll never forget her. I highly recommend Tiana.

Tiana Garner performed sub-par as an attorney. She was rude on many occasions. After she spoke to the other side, she became belligerent and began asking for more money than originally discussed! I have contacted fraternity brothers, fellow Veterans in the ATL area to let them know NOT to hire thi...s woman!! I had to file a complaint against her with the State of Georgia Bar Association for financial malfeasance. She padded my bill with excessive email and phone calls to the other side in the case, running up a tab, then overcharging me.

I hired Ms. Garner for a family law matter and she took my money and did very little! Georgia allows their attorneys to practice misconduct as long as the misconduct isn't financial. This woman has major attitude. She copped a serious attitude after she conferred with the respondent in my case (wh...o is a female con artist). In any other state, she would have been disbarred for colluding and canoodling with the other side. She seemed like she was representing myself and the other party. She was rude and then talked crazy to me like she was as good as Johnny Cochran or something! I regret hiring her! She took thousands of dollars from me and did nothing! As of today, over 3,000 people on social media have been warned about how lousy a lawyer she is! She knows she can be disrespectful in Georgia due to their trial attorney lobbyist.
