A Highly Competent Lawyer!

I was highly recommended to hire Mr. Jeff to represent me for a Divorce and Child-Custody case. From the moment I met him for a consultation, I instantly knew that retaining him as my lawyer would be the best decision going forward with my divorce. He greeted me with a friendly smile, gave a firm han...dshake, and listened patiently to all of my questions and concerns. He was also very positive, professional, relatable, and down to earth. Whenever we went to trial, I always felt confident with Mr. Jeff by my side because I knew that he would represent me well and always came prepared. He never failed to make sure that I knew what to expect beforehand and kept me posted with any updates. There were moments when my ex-husband would try to degrade me as a mother/wife in the conference room and Attorney Jeff would immediately defend me leaving my husband speechless (and me grinning from the inside). Since he was aware of my husband's character, he would take the time out to make sure that I was safe by walking me to the parking lot or staying nearby if my husband wanted to speak with me "personally". He worked hard on my case making sure that I would get the best deal in my divorce settlement, which I did! His assistant was always professional, kind, and prompt with getting my messages to him. There's so much more that I could say, but I would highly recommend him as a lawyer to anyone just like he was recommended to me!

Custody Win!!!

My daughter was being abused by her mother. Jeff was able to help me obtain temporary emergency custody, as well as follow through for permanent custody. The care, dedication and compassion showed by his entire office is beyond amazing.

Best Custody Case Attorney

Many thanks to Attorney Jeffrey Hicks for the great representation he provided in my Custody case. The case was initiated when my son was at the tender age of 2 years. Being a father that had no rights and wasn't legitimized, i felt my chances were very slim, but Mr. Hicks intervened and achieved the... most unbelievable turnaround. He petitioned/filed for legitimization right away and at the hearing (2 months later), he negotiated a temporary custody agreement in my favor. At the conclusion of the case, I was awarder Primary custody of my 2-year-old boy. Mr. Hicks was very passionate about my case. He fought hard and well to get me an outcome that was beyond my imaginations. Thanks to him, I get to enjoy being a great father to my boy. I would recommend Jeffrey Hicks to any and everyone. Hire him if you want to stand a chance in your custody case.

Excellent Service, Capable Attorney

I hired Attorney Jeff Hicks to assist me because I was seeking primary custody of my son. As a father trying to get custody of his child, I was having a difficult time getting respect from the court system. After my first meeting with Attorney Hicks, I knew he was the person for the Job. Attorney Hic...ks fought for me in court and proved to be very knowledgeable in the area of family law. He is a great listener and quickly picked up on the details of my case. He was very comfortable in the court room and made sure I was given the respect I deserved. This was my 3rd attempt at getting primary custody of my son. Where others failed, Attorney Hicks was successful. Attorney Hicks is the most honest and fair individual I have dealt with in any profession. I pray that none of my friends need help with family law, but if they do, I will highly recommend Attorney Jeff Hicks.

Great Lawyer

I hired Jeff to be my lawyer throughout the life of my child, who is now 7. Things started with a simple legitimization of my child to me fighting for full custody, with Jeff having my back every step of they way. He has been a great source of advice and representation for about 6 years now, and I co...uld not have asked for more. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, and took a passionate caring to my case that was great to experience. I never thought about going anywhere else and called him every time a new challenge presented itself.
