Equal part brilliant/compassionate and collaborative/a fighter when needed

Caitlin Herndon is the ONLY person I’d use for family law! She’s represented me with complicated financials, narcissistic personality, and complicated custody! She’s amazing! She’s equal parts brilliant and compassionate. What I love about her is she always tells me the truth - not promises. S...he also works like crazy to get the best outcomes for the CHILDREN. Honestly, if another party had hired her first - I would be worried. She’s very collaborative when it’s possible - but has no fear of going hard when it’s necessary. And she actually listens to and cares about her clients!!! A consultation is SO worth it!! That was what sold me! She asked lots of questions, took notes - and saved time to give me her overall assessment and let me ask questions.

Helpful, Kind, and Responsive!

I'm exceedingly grateful to Caitlin for her service and advocacy in my case. We utilized her team for a second parent/step-parent adoption as a lesbian family. Although it should be a given that the state we pay taxes to should offer protection to my family system, Caitlin was proactive in helping us... identify legal avenues to support and strengthen our family's future in this tumultuous political climate. We found her to be (/maybe even too) fair in her pricing -- she's worth more than she charges! Additionally, Caitlin went out of her way to advocate for our family within the court system; she called BS when the "system" treated us unfairly, and she took immediate action in developing a workaround to a better outcome. I found her to be a strong and kind advocate and would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking family legal advice in Cobb/Fulton/Gwinnett and surrounding areas. She smart, quick, fair, and responsive.

Caitlin will fight for you!

Caitlin's compassion and encouragement made me feel so relieved to have her on my side. She understands the family court system in such a way that she will never steer you wrong or waste your time and money. She is a strong and reliable advocate that you want on your side!

Estate planning
