Paul did a great job! We had a difficult situation with an estate eviction. He picked up immediately on our discomfort about having to evict this person. He guided us through all the legal issues all the while staying sensitive to the problem but getting it done in a very timely manner which was al...so very important . I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Hired to represent a real property issue. After reviewing the case, he informed us the he was confident in handling our case and took a large amount of money up front. Subsequently, he did not do much, and after exhausting the large deposit, informed us that we did not have a case, and argued with us..., thus escalating his cost, and doing nothing! He refused to work our case, but he needed to get paid. His friend and so-called expert witness did little to nothing as well. Meanwhile, they basically went back and forth, and accomplished nothing. After the belittling, reluctant and argumentive behavior, he was fired. We had been reluctant in viewing the property in question and both he and his expert witness refused to open the foundation, which later revealed the facts that were needed. Some attorneys will fight for you. This one will fight for himself and his monetary gain, thus leaving you broke and empty. Not much if your serious about winning your case. In the end, we discovered that the last two prior owners knew well of the property issues, and that's why they sold the property under false pretenses. Unfortunately, Paul Andrews was the wrong counsel.
