Hello All, My husband and were referred to Fogel Law from a relative of his. We called, scheduled, and consulted with the attorney and felt very comfortable and we both decided to proceed with the firm handling his adjustment of status. The paralegals were very informative and guided us throughout... the entire application process. Shortly after filing, we received my husband’s biometric invitation- which was great until Covid caused the entire nation to go into an emergency shutdown. Throughout the months, Fogel Law was constantly in touch with us. Once we received an invitation for the green card interview, we called Fogel to set up a prep and to have an attorney accompany us to the interview. Urwah, did an amazing job with prepping us for the interview. I highly suggest that any couple that is doing this process for the first time to please do the prep and have an attorney accompany you. Second interview, I’d highly suggest the prep. The prep will help you gather the proper documents and answers the questions the officer might ask appropriately. We spent a good amount time talking to her. She’s very relatable so if you have question that is your time to ask! She highly informative. When we got to the interview, Urwah was all smiles and positivity! In all honesty, that took the stress off of us. Once inside she continued to prep us and kept us informed as we waited to be called in. Once inside the interview room with the officer she sat back as we proceeded with the officer. Honestly having her there have us such relief and security. My husband was APPROVED on the spot for GC! We were so thrilled! The highlight after the approval was the fact that both the officer and Urwah were all smiles. They both complemented us and congratulated us. A semi- tensed room felt light and fluffy.
