Wendy Wolfenbarger Kraby

Wendy W. Kraby joined the firm in 2006.  Her primary practice areas are corporate general counsel, business formation, contracts, leases, transactional and land use and zoning. She is also a board member of Reaping Nature Educational Outreach Foundation.

Born in Seattle, Washington and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Kraby earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1996 and law degree from Georgia State University in 2005. At the University of Georgia, she majored in Consumer Journalism and was managing editor at the Red & Black student newspaper. At Georgia State University, she interned for the Securities & Exchange Commission, Atlanta Legal Aid Society and State Court for Judge Penny Brown Reynolds. She was a graduate research assistant for Professor Colin Crawford, where she conducted research on Atlanta growth and development issues, and the Georgia State University Tax Clinic, where she represented individuals before the IRS.

Between college and law school, Ms. Kraby had a six-year career as a writer and editor at where she headed up the Entertainment, Education and Food divisions. As an attorney, she has written for . Ms. Kraby has been a restaurant reviewer and food writer and served as an apprentice under author and television chef Nathalie Dupree.

Wendy Kraby lives with her husband and two children in Cumming, Georgia, where they attend Christ the King Lutheran Church.
