Sorry - i'm going to keep it 1000, folks! One of the biggest hurdles i've experienced thus far with legal representation in Georgia is accessibility to that REPRESENTATION! Yes, I understand that the lawyer life can be demanding - so outsourcing for legal help to deal with the incoming calls, process...es, and "nuts and bolts" comes with the territory, but, respectfully, ...OH MY ****! ...Mr. Carter is "THE DIFFERENCE"! YOU can reach him, you can speak openly with him, you can get FEEDBACK without exorbitant excuses to overcharge a client for firm profit, and while EMPATHIZING with my legal needs, he wasn't about draining your retainer to subsidize outsourced help... he responded with what was best for my situation from his experience! And was FAIR!!!! ...AND would hold outsourced talent accountable for their services, as per billing... that's the "DIFFERENCE" and why I wish he was handling my current legality right now! (it's, SADLY, not his field) ...if it were - i'd have FULL CONFIDENCE! ...most important part.. thanks, Mr. Carter for resolving my legal matter (in your field) efficiently, effectively, and most of all... being accessible, sir. Appreciated more than ya can know.
