I’ve been through a tremendous amount of despair with a situation I never thought I’d find myself in. Having been “thrown the book at” during my process with little to no negotiations, a year and a half in to my legal disposition , I quickly realized I wished I’d hired Ms. Jennifer Scalia in the firs...t place to represent my case. I realized this as after several failed attempts to work with my PO (who is by no means whatsoever “on my side” or there to help me) to review my case in hopes of disputing a particular portion of my sentencing. I gratefully found and contacted Ms. Scalia. She returned my call within the hour of reading my initial email to her. With no hope, I received the best response I’d heard throughout my whole ordeal, “we can certainly try, and there’s no harm in trying”. After a new court motion of appeal, Ms. Scalia was able to get a portion of my sentence expunged and I will forever be indebted to her. My only wish is that I’d hired Ms. Scalia to represent me from the moment I realized I need an attorney! If I could give anyone advice, I’d say do not second guess who should represent you and contact Jennifer Scalia immediately!
