Jennifer Patterson has been a disaster in my divorce so far. I showed up to a final court hearing to see an empty courtroom. Upon some investigation I found that my hearing had been postponed, yet I'd never been informed. *Eyeroll* She never returns phone calls or emails in a reasonable amount of... time, so don't get your hopes up!

I was in search of a lawyer for a specific motion on contempt montion regarding my divorce. I was very specific with Ms. Patterson on what I needed, and what needed to be accomplished. She was more than happy to take my case based on my expectation, stating she would be able to follow through. What ...I got was a total lake of communication from her and her team. I was specific that my best form of communication would be email. I would email her and her assitiant on pending updates and status, yet rarely heard back. I would have to leave messages with her, and still never heard back from her. At one time, the oposing lawyer had submitted a proposal with a deadline. I was never informed of this submittal, and the deadline exceeded, thus the oposing lawyer assumed we were not interested in their counter proposal (I learned of this months later). What Ms. Patterson lacked in deadlines, she clearly made up in billing cycles. Make no mistake she posted a monthly statement to me with billing hours which I had no idea what they were for.....When asked about those hours, she would get defiensive , siting how she has to do so much behind the scenes.

I do not recommend her for anything!!! I should have read the reviews before hiring her for my divorce. Worst mistake of my life besides getting married! Got screwed over twice! Do yourself and your pocket book a favor run from this one. Or better yet recommend her to your spouse your divorcing! Seem...s to work for the other side!

Jennifer D. Patterson represented me in my divorce and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. She is trustworthy, knowledgable, well experienced, and a fresh air of honesty which is hard to find in attorneys! Going through the divorce with Mrs. Patterson representing me I knew she had my back a...nd I was able to focus on my family through this already difficult time. Mrs. Patterson puts family first and she truly cared about my children during this transition and what was best for them. I highly recommend Mrs. Patterson to anyone who cares about there family as she is an incredible attorney who is there every step of the way!
