Progressive American Ins. Co. v. Horde, 259 Ga.App. 769, 577 S.E.2d 835 (2003)
N/AOUTCOME: Reversal of Jury Verdict on Appeal
An insured sued the insurance company client for failing to pay a claim after the insured wrecked his car on a race track. The insured sought coverage for the damages to his car caused by an accident ... during a time trial. The firm defended the insurance company at a jury trial, which resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff race car driver. On appeal, the court of appeals reversed the verdict holding that as a matter of law, the insurance policy did not cover racing.
