I retained her in 2023 after she marketed herself as a “pitbull in a skirt” with nearly 30 years of experience. Because my case involved a child-abuse disclosure, I paid her nearly $10,000 expecting strong, seasoned representation. At our only hearing, she was unprepared and admitted she hadn’t read my transcripts, reports, or 1,000+ pages of documentation, leaving her unaware the case involved substantiated abuse. I was sanctioned despite not violating any order; I had followed her and her office’s directives, which she failed to explain or defend to the court. She promised corrective steps but did none, then billed nearly $7k MORE. She made disparaging remarks, pressured me to accept unsafe terms, and sided with opposing counsel.
