As a future franchisee, I hired Brad to review the Franchise Agreement package. In general, Brad was very responsive and thorough with his review, and was easy to communicate with regarding the explanations of all the various segments of the agreement. On Tuesday, I informed him I needed the revi...ew quickly as I had been out of town for three weeks and delayed the process already. He informed me that we could review by the end of the week. He returned the initial documents on Wednesday and we reviewed the comments on Thursday and Friday. His response was very quick. Additionally, his comments were well organized and very explanatory, and we reviewed the intent and options on each clause...at the end of the discussion, I had adequate knowledge to prioritize the areas into action items and information items. It was a pleasure to work with Brad and would recommend him.
