Rob went out of his way to help us with what some may consider a very small problem. This was a single family property line discrepancy issue and to us it felt insurmountable. We had no idea where to begin, but with his help we were able to get our problem resolved. He went with us to the county o...ffice to talk with them to find out what needed to be done and then handled all required documentation and correspondence, plus followed up until we had our answer.
