The administrative part deals with your driver’s license and record, while the criminal part focus on the charge itself. With the administrative portion, your license are suspended regardless, there are just different conditions. Not only did Jasmine get my DUI reduced to reckless driving, my administrative case was DISMISSED. My license were never suspended.
