I have nothing but good things to say about Attorney Jamel Harvey. I called him today for the first time and explained my issue to him of a Debt collection company continuing to contact me by phone and letters in error. What I immediately noticed over the phone was his energy and enthusiasm for his ...genuine desire to help his clients. Initially, I was thinking that someone had used my previous companies name fraudulently, as a result of the debt that the Debt collection company was contacting me about not being mine. However, Attorney Harvey immediately knew that my issues was a result of the Debt Collection company contacting the wrong person. Once I sent him the Debt collection companies' letter that they mailed to me, he thereafter contacted them by phone and told them that he was representing me and that they had been contacting the wrong person, as the company/person who they were seeking was located in another state. After he spoke with the Debt collection company, he called me back and informed me that he called and spoke to the company and told them that they were trying to contact the wrong person and that the company that they needed to contact was named their letter. He told me to send the letter back to the company that they mailed to me as; "Return the Sender." Issue Resolved! I cannot say enough about the way that Attorney Harvey handled my case!
