This review is way overdue...In 2022, Ben oversaw my husband's DUI case from 2018, which was transferred from another lawyer in the firm. His pleasant and professional demeanor helped calm my neuroticism (considering that I was a second-year law school student at the time), and he clearly advised my... husband on all the steps he needed to take to provide better negotiation leverage with the prosecutor. We completed all the steps, and the manner in which he presented my husband (and also his rapport with the prosecutor) garnered us an outstanding result !!
