Benjamin Aubrey Mozingo

I had just moved to the US, was driving a rental and local cop decided to slap a frivolous ticket for driving without license as my foreign license did not show up in his database. Benjamin collected documents and wrapped the whole thing up without me having to fly to ATL from NY. He's competent ...and gets it done.

I got a speeding ticket for 92 in a construction zone while travelling up I-400 north where the speed reduces down to a 55. I interviewed several different options for representation and settled on Hendrick & Henry Law where my case was assigned to Mr. Mozingo. He did a wonderful job handling my case... and had me enroll in several driver remediation courses before my first court date. When it came time for him to negotiate a plea on my behalf, he managed to get my citation reduced to a zero points, non-reporting offense.

Every since my son's mental health diagnosis in August 2019, life for me has been extremely difficult & most day, I am not ok! However, hiring Ben to represent him, in more cases than I can count, has made life, for me, more manageable. Simply stated, Ben, unlike most, HUMANIZES my son. The lens through Ben functions is one of advocacy & care, sprinkled with compassion & vast knowledge. Because home for me is at 10.5 hours north of Atlanta, I am in a state survival/panic mode ALWAYS because Law Enforcement's behavior (as a collective) towards my son is systemically unjust & at times, unconstitutional. But to Ben, my son's dignity, treatment & rights MATTER! Ben is extremely knowledge about the law, he is an effective communicator, & his ability to compassionately see my son is unmatched!!! To establish rapport, Ben used football as both he and my son were former D1 players. Likewise, Ben compartmentalizes things & action items into doable parts. Although demographically his race/ethnicity is clearly unlike mine, Ben is one of GOD's AMAZING gifts to me & my family. In/with Ben, my family & I have found COMMUNITY & since July of 2022, not a day goes by that I don't thank God for Ben & to Ben, I am FOREVER grateful.....

Fortunately-unfortunately we had already dealt with Ben. Circumstances put my son (new-ish driver) in quite a bad spot. Being young a bad speeding ticket can completely destroy an 18 yrs old's driving privileges. Ben was able to negotiate a reasonable outcome allowing my son to continue his college ...and job responsibilities.
