Joon Jeong

I retained Mr. Jeong for my auto accident case. I was a passenger in a really bad accident with three vehicles. He was fast and accurate. But for the most part, I felt that he was truly working on my side. Well, the other guy (driver of the vehicle I was in) retained another attorney, and his case is... still going while mine was done few months ago (until now!) For the whole process, I have never experienced an attorney answering my phone calls and emails, explaining the status of my case. I had another experience retaining an attorney because my wife and child were involved in an accident. The previous attorney whom we had never seen his face had always ignored our phone calls and emails. There was no follow ups, NEVER. There was so-called a "case manager" called me whenever I needed to sign something. Without explanation this case manager almost always forced me and my wife to sign something. And one day this guy gave us a check that the case was "settled" without my wife's confirmation. (Trust me, this guy's face is still on the large bigboard in our community.) The whole process took me so long!! How did I find out what the previous attorney's conduct was wrong? Attorney Jeong explained me every details of my case. He was full of information and passionate in giving me what I needed to do. For the entire period of case processing, I was 100% sure that I was fully informed about my rights and about my case. As an immigrant, I felt for the first time there was an attorney really worked what I believe how attorney should work. You rarely see them in immigrant community. For the result of my case, I received much larger compensation than the last accident case, I mean huge difference. (The first case and second case, we all had totaled vehicles.) I was so satisfied with the amount. Also, Attorney Jeong and his staff took care of all my medical bills. (The previous attorney (or the "case manager") gave me a check and told me to handle some of the medical bill.) I would highly recommend Attorney Jeong, and I am happy to write this review to endorse him. I will definitely hire him again if I get another accident, of course.
