I called and made an appointment for a consultation for a family will. We show up and she thinks we are there for bankruptcy. After getting through the initial misunderstanding we go over everything we want for a will. She gave us plenty of time to answer questions and go over exactly what we want...ed. She said her office would contact us in a couple of days to schedule for us to come in and sign the documents. I never received the call and sent her an email inquiring. I also requested that we have the ability to review the documents prior to our appointment. She finally responded and agreed to send and that we would need to call office to set up the appointment. I called the office and scheduled the appointment. I was told i needed to bring someone to witness the documents. A day or two before the appointment we still had not received the documents to review, but figured they were just busy and we would go over the documents when we got there. I scheduled for a friend to witness and they met us at the appointment. Nothing that we had previously discussed was included in the paperwork, it was as if we had never met her before and she couldn't find the paperwork. So we go over all the changes that need to be made and was told we would receive a call when they were complete....We never heard from them again. Ended up meeting with another attorney a couple months later and was able to complete our family wills within a week for less money that what we were going to pay her. Very frustrating experience!

I called Ms. Stout's office in a panic; my call was answered promptly by Gloria, I explained to her my situation, she was very nice, knowledgeable and helped me calm down. She quickly put me on the schedule to meet with Ms. Stout the following day. Gloria sent a follow up email confirming my appointm...ent and advising me on what to bring with me to my appointment and directions how to get to their office. I specifically liked the fact of receiving a follow up email so I had everything in writing (my memory is horrible). The email was professional and easy to understand. I was super nervous when I arrived at Ms. Stout’s office but the atmosphere was comfortable and the office staff friendly. After speaking with Ms. Stout, she recommended that I file an “Emergency Bankruptcy”, in which prior to, I had no knowledge of. So Ms. Stout and Gloria worked on getting my emergency bankruptcy filed that day, even though there was a great time crunch. The day before going to court, I received a call from Gloria, she confirmed the date and time of my court date and she wanted to ensure that I was going to be able to make it. She also advised me of the traffic in the mornings, possible difficulty finding a parking space and that I will have to pay to park…had she not advised, I wouldn't have known. The next morning I met Ms. Stout at the courthouse, she was by side during the questioning and walked me out afterwards. I am very satisfied with Ms. Stout and her team; I would refer anyone to her in a heartbeat!!

Such a great attorney and office staff. Words cannot express how thankful we are that we found such a wonderful attorney to handle our chapter 7. Going through such a stressful time, it was such a relief to find a attorney that seemed to really care about us. Gloria and Pat were only a call or email ...away. Answered every one of our questions, and trust me there were plenty. Responded fast to any question we had too! I cannot recommend her enough!

Excellent! Pat was more than helpful in my situation. She or a rep. for her firm were always available for questions or concerns. I recommend Pat Stout and her firm for any legal needs you may need. I trusted Pat in every aspect of my legal needs. I had a very angry and uncooperative spouse who ...had every intention of making my divorce more miserable than it already was. When he met with Pat and I she very respectively let him know that she was my lawyer but would be very fair in my divorce everything would be legitimate and in the best interest of our children. This completely changed his attitude and I give credit to Pat for my ex and I getting along as well as we do today.
