Mario S. Ninfo

I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Mario Ninfro. He was referred to me by another firm — likely a relative — to handle an eviction case with my property management company. I provided his office with clear documentation to dispute the eviction, yet they failed to do even basic due di...ligence. I was charged $275 for a phone consultation and paid an additional $450 for a letter that required multiple revisions and still did not accurately reflect the evidence I had provided. Throughout the process, I had to make every follow‑up call myself because his office did not communicate or move the case forward. Ultimately, I hired a different attorney — a truly qualified one — who reviewed my documentation, handled the matter properly, and had the eviction dismissed for only $500. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mario Ninfro. In my opinion, he did not provide competent representation and did not demonstrate a working knowledge of Georgia’s unlawful eviction laws.
