Joshua Earl Huffman

Joshua E. Huffman is a family law attorney at Petrelli Previtera, LLC, licensed in Georgia, where he handles divorce, custody, child support and spousal support matters.

Josh works from the belief that good outcomes start with understanding what a client actually wants. "Answering the questions that clients didn't even think to ask is one of the most important parts of my job," he says. Addressing those unspoken concerns takes a lot of the uncertainty out of a family law case, and clients know where they stand.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia. Before joining Petrelli Previtera, he served as an Assistant Public Defender and spent considerable time in the courtroom, which shaped a practical, client-focused approach to negotiation and trial preparation.

A lifelong Georgian, Josh is a native of Walton County and lives there with his wife and young son. Outside the office he rides his motorcycle on Georgia's back roads and builds computers.
