John Ludwig Strauss

First i am thankful the good lord has blessed me with patience. In the 3 years that I have attempted to work with Mr. Strauss I have been able to speak with him twice. Once, when i seen him at the court house and the second time when i reported him to the state bar for lack of communication(He calle...d me the next day). I emailed and called to many times to keep count. 5/1/2024 I received a email that stated notice of intent to withdraw. Mr. Strauss had been paid for his services and my case had a default judgement. I have no idea why he is withdrawing, and the problem is, is he does not communicate at all. It is a frustrating process to deal with the legal system as it is. As a Army veteran I am highly disappointed at the services rendered. Beware should you choose to use his services. Good if you wanna plea,but wouldn't recommend going to trial with this attorney. This attorney asked at my suppression hearing that incriminating evidence against me be admitted into trial.He also brought evidence himself into the hearing that incriminate me that caused the case to go to trial. And ...this attorney sided with the police officer telling the jury on cross examination of the office that "I like officer_______,and I don't like what I'm about to do to him."This attorney wouldn't admit evidence that we had that would have incriminate this same officer! And list goes on! This attorney lost two nonviolent trials in the same week resulting in a life sentence in my case and two life sentences on the other nonviolent case. Pull his trial record!
