Bill is a third generation attorney, tracing back to a small town New Jersey practice established by his grandfather in the early 1900's. From an early age, he was immersed in the expectation that attorneys were held to a higher standard, and that the law was a calling to help and protect others, rather than a license to take advantage of them.
Bill has the breadth of legal and life experience necessary to provide his clients with practical and "real world" counsel. Over 29 years, Bill has practiced in a variety of areas, including: Business acquisitions and sales, including medical practices, retail establishments, food wholesaler, construction companies; real estate transactions; contract law, including Leases, Non-compete Agreements, Employment Agreements and a wide variety of other business agreements; and of course estate planning, elder law, guardianships and conservatorships, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning.
Bill recognizes that knowledge of the law alone, and the technical ability to draft complex douments, is not enough to assist his clients in planning for their later years, or in supporting them through the loss of a loved one. Competence, compassion, integrity and respect are the cornerstones of the relationships he has built with all of his clients.

"Having practiced in this area for several years, I have known Bill to be an excellent practicioner who has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of probate and estate planning. As there can be no better endorsement than entrusting an attorney with your own family's matters, Bill assisted my parents in their estate planning matters and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this attorney."
