Colleen Laux did a very poor job in handling a will contest for us.She was wasted our discovery period by not collecting evidence to support our case. She allowed our key witness to be depositioned by the defense lawyer without any legal representation which allowed inaccurate statements to get on th...e record. She quoted Ohio law incorrectly to us either deliberately or thru incompetence i.e. she sent us a written communication falsely claiming that if the defense lawyers were guilty of destruction of relevant evidence then i needed to file a grievance rather than to litigate it in court. The Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Council told us that in fact it was a litigation matter and she should have told the judge. She was a pain in the neck to deal with and she was more help to the defence by sitting on her rear end wasting time. Allowed the probate to go uncontested in spite of 8 of 11 legal kin not being notified.Gave out private attorney client data to another lawyer not on the case.
