Paul Matthew Murray

Paul Murray, a former Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, navigates military criminal defense and civil litigation for servicemembers and veterans. Since commissioning as an officer in 2009, Paul has passionately served military personnel and their supporting contractors. At MCRD Parris Island, he provided legal assistance in diverse areas, ranging from estate planning to family law. As a defense attorney, he tackled court-martial cases involving serious charges such as DUI and aggravated assault. Honorably discharged in 2017, Paul remains active in the USMC Reserves, holding the rank of Major. In his civilian practice, he excels in handling Defense Base Act and Longshore claims, consistently advocating against major governmental contractors and insurers. His diverse clientele includes contractors supporting the Department of Defense, Department of State, and other government agencies.
