Biography
Attorney Eric Erickson was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He is one of five children of Dr. Mayo and Elaine Erickson. He had a passion for many subject areas in school and in fact besides law school, attended architecture school and studied medicine in the Army working as a army medic and physician assistant in the emergency room and on the trauma team of the 400 bed Eisenhower Army Medical Center.
He also attributes his competitiveness in the courtroom to his ability in sports, playing NCAA Division 1 Pac-10 tennis and football in college and playing in Satellite Pro tennis events. He also secured his USPTA teaching pro credentials.
He was selected to play on the All-Army team and All-Armed Forces Championships.
He was also chosen as an athlete to compete during the Washington State Centennial
Games in 1989 which commemorated the 100th anniversery of the State of Washington.
He lives with his wife Temple Bell on Fripp Island, SC.

Failure to pay/ lack of integrity
Mr. Erickson does not pay his expert witnesses in violation of their written agreements. He states many times that he will pay, but in the end all his promises are false and he lacks integrity. I had to file a South Carolina Bar and BBB complaint in attempt to recover monies owed. Still no payment....

Worst family attorney ever
Complete disappointment. Guess if you are white and the case is open and shut he might do a good job? However, two private investigators and two attorneys rated him a TOTAL FAILURE. Please do not hire him, he will destroy your case.
