For over two decades I have litigated for Plaintiff and Defendant clients primarily in civil court. I handle contract issues, Landlord-Tenant, civil disputes of every kind, debt matters, traffic tickets and plea negotiations. I retired from the Army Reserve with 25 years service as a Signal Officer and a JAG Defense Counsel at the rank of Lt. have extensive litigation experience in the Magistrate Courts of Aiken and neighboring counties (also known as Small Claims or Summary Courts) - if you have a legal issue, call me and I will do my best to help you.

Ms Hippely was through and assertive at my trial against two defendants who owed me money. We won against an experienced litigation attorney in a hotly contested trial and she got the judgement paid as well. I would hire her again
