Defendant's insurance company (Allstate) offered to pay Plaintiff $3,500, no ... t even enough to cover her medical bills. Case proceeded to arbitration and arbitrator awarded Plaintiff $22,000. Allstate appealed the decision and the case went to trial. Jury awarded Plaintiff the policy limits of $50,000.
