Diana Nichole Bailey

Attorney Nichole Bailey was born and raised in Princeton, West Virginia, where she developed a strong sense of community and a lifelong passion for standing up for others. With a background in criminal justice and sociology, she has always been drawn to making sure people’s voices are heard, especially during life’s most difficult moments.

After graduating from Concord University, Nichole earned her Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law in 2024. She is admitted to practice in both West Virginia and South Carolina and is currently awaiting admission to the North Carolina Bar. Before joining Stewart Law Offices, Nichole worked as defense counsel in Bluefield, West Virginia, handling a variety of personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims. Her experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of the courtroom gives her valuable perspective and insight into the strategies that can impact a case.

Nichole understands that an injury can turn a person’s life upside down, physically, emotionally, and financially. That’s why she takes a hands-on, compassionate approach to each case, walking her clients through the process with patience, clear communication, and determination. Her goal is not only to achieve strong results but also to provide peace of mind, knowing her clients have a caring and dedicated advocate on their side.

Outside the office, Nichole loves spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Toby. She also enjoys playing pickleball and cheering on her favorite team, the West Virginia Mountaineers.
