Bridget M. Walker

I graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in January 2019 and I am licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. Prior to obtaining my law degree, I worked for eighteen years as a Legal Administrator and Paralegal in a Massachusetts law firm dedicated to Estate Planning and Elder Law. I have dedicated my career to helping families protect their loved ones in the event of a death or incapacity. During my career as a paralegal and now as an attorney, I have helped over 3,000 families through the various stages of the estate planning, nursing home planning and probate/trust administration.

I was recently able to achieve a goal 20 years in the making by opening my own law firm.  I am excited about the next phase in both my personal life and professional career.  I look forward to helping families identify their unique path to lifelong protection and peace of mind through comprehensive estate planning.   

I live in Rock Hill, S.C. with my husband, Tony. I have two adult children, Lexi  and Christopher.  Lexi has worked supporting in my career since she was 15 years old and will be continuing to support me as my Legal Assistant at the Estate Preservation Law Firm.   I am also forutnate to have grandchildren, Teegan and Finn.  Family is why I do what I do!  

When I am not working at the firm, I enjoy spending time with my family, boating on the lake and traveling to new place.
