OUTCOME: We prevailed on the case.

Represented client/beneficiary on a trust administration case. The Trustee failed to notify the beneificiary of the settlor's death, failed to provide the beneficiary a copy of the trust and will cont ... rary to the probate code requirements, and failed to account for trust assets, as well as expenses. Ultimately, the case was resolved before trial in mediation and the rogue trustee was divested of her inheritance in favor of my client.
