I don’t think I need to explain what our state and country is going thru with this Covid-19. So...We had booked a wedding venue for our daughter before the NC Governor issued an executive order to mandate that NC residents are to stay home shutting down many, many businesses. Also stating that th...ere is to be no gatherings of more than 10 people, and so on and so on. Basically preventing us from having that wedding for our daughter. After discussions with the owner of the venue and asking for a refund, we were not making any headway. I reached out to Andrea Solorzano Johnson for some advice. I was not sure how the process would work so, of course, I had A LOT of questions. She was GREAT! She was very patient and even gave me some advice on what to say and how to say it. There was no charge for that lengthy conversation and advice. I, then, reached out to the venue owner. After more conversations, I thought we had finally gotten somewhere. But, after receiving a refund contract from the venue owner, my wife and I were even more reluctant about signing that thing. It had so much legal jargon that we didn’t understand, we felt it necessary to hire Andrea Solorzano Johnson to look over the contract. Wow!! Once again, that contract was written to ONLY protect the venue owner. After taking on our case, we had a FULL refund within a week. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend Andrea Johnson. We found her to be extremely intelligent, dedicated, listened intently to our situation, was always well prepared, and most importantly recommended what was best for us. Although our case was not a big case, she was fully committed as it was. She listened and n...ever rushed us to end a meeting.
