Dave handled my divorce. His primary practice, however, is business/corporate law. My experience supported that. Initially Dave seemed very responsive and helpful. However, as my case drew out his response time decreased and I noticed he would contradict his explanations of the law from one conve...rsation to another. I actually had to follow up with him on mulitple occasions to get status updates. As he became unresponsive I had to contact him on his cell phone to get him. On at least one occasion I felt very uncomfortable, as if he was leering at me in an inappropriate manner. Unfortunately for me, by the time I took action to change attorneys, it would have cost me even more money. Ultimately, the issue was resolved out of court, but not because Dave helped negotiate anything. It was all my effort. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him for a divorce case.
