Shaun David Malone

With a robust foundation rooted in South Carolina, Shaun Malone is a reputable lawyer admitted to the South Carolina Bar and the Oconee County Bar Association. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of South Carolina Upstate and an associate degree in paralegal studies. Shaun's journey into law began with several years of paralegal work, which led him to the Charlotte School of Law. There, his academic prowess earned him the Cali Award in legal writing, consistent placement on the Dean’s List, and induction into the Order of the Crown and Phi Delta Phi Honor Societies. Shaun was actively involved in Moot Court, Law Review, the Student Bar Association, and contributed as a teaching assistant in Legal Writing.
