Ashley M. Bagwell

Ashley Bagwell is an associate attorney at Christophillis & Gallivan.

Upon graduating from law school, Ashley M. Bagwell joined a general practice law firm where she was exposed to all aspects of law. That is when she realized she was most effective in family law. Providing clients with the knowledge and support they need to best address their unique situation is the first step in working towards a resolution.

Ashley graduated from Coastal Carolina University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While at Coastal, Ashley was a co-captain on the softball team as well as starting pitcher. Ashley went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Since joining Christophillis & Gallivan, Ashley has focused her practice on family law while also assisting clients in estate planning. Ashley’s family law clients face issues such as separation, divorce, custody, and visitation, along with the underlying issues of alimony, child support, and division of the marital estate. Through estate planning, Ashley helps provide clients with peace of mind in knowing that their estates and loved ones will be taken care of when they are no longer able to. Regardless of the type of matter, Ashley will provide her clients with the information and help they need to reach their goal, be it through settlement agreement or contentious trial.

As a native of the Upstate, Ashley looks forward to working with and serving her community. Ashley attended Mauldin High School where she is the only female athlete in school history to have had her jersey retired. When out of the office, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending her free time with friends and family.
