Joseph Collins Smithdeal

I was divorced in 2013. The man who signed my divorce decree claimed to be judge smithdale ( not sure of spelling) but that cloud broadcasting claimed he wasn't really a judge. Can that be confirmed or refuted.? The hearing was in Abbeville SC County Courthouse. Not sure if he should be recommend...ed or not.; but, I think not. If he was a judge, I do know that he signed an order as a judge that contained information that was not brought up in the hearings and related to an odd visit in 2004 (at a medical facility) from my attorney for the divorce proceedings and his spouse both connected to pharmaceutical sales and investment families. And I told my attorney that I objected to the information that was not mentioned during the hearings. So was Smithdale and Bishop in a conspiracy to defame a client and citizen seeking a divorce. My attorney volunteered his services. Is that why they were entitled to engage in defamation of character? Did someone pay them off for their services and signatures? I was under coercion to accept the order as written. Did Tara Scott have any input in the error or Pam Turner from Ninety Six working on behalf of Jim Self's family who I had worked for in 1985 at Self Memorial Hospital which relates to my first introduction to Thurmond Bishop who wanted me to sign legal papers requiring a medical social worker's case knowledge, but I referred Thurmond to the social workers department which included Jan Heminger ( Saul) and Anne White ( Kolher sp?). Was Thurmond planning to entrap me into signing an undisclosed legal statement related to my DSS eligibility job and an eligibility application for indigent funding? BTW...I was once lured to Att Jefferies' sp? Lake house house on Murray and my exhubby was represented by Attorney Ayers maybe just before our marriage after a shoulder injury at "I.T. Fabric (a.shuns)" and I suspect He.ape as in M.J.s spouse is connected to Smithdale and Bishop . He.ape recommended I divorce my hubby sometime before the 2010 1st Friday of February SCE&G event at my home after Jim Self's sissy in law Ruthie's invite to the BBQ lunch before my SCState Leave slip allowed me a few hours of SCState Annual Leave to complete my 2009 Tax Year Taxes that Friday afternoon ( delayed due to an entrapment arrest of my hubby based on following Ed Strickland 's CWP instructions to present his concealed weapons to officers under certain conditions. By following the permit training, they were able to arrest him and claim he threatened an officer. That might have been a reference to Potential payoff to attorney Jefferies by a criminal client related to a tgreat to a SCDHEC field representative who also stayed at Attorney Jefferies lake house in 1981. But reality alteration claimed the lake house was on a lake below Monticello ( SCEG NUCLEAR PLANT BANKRUPTCY??? SCANDAL) even though we went by boat to the hwy 378 restaurant between the bridges close to the former BASSHOLE Gas Station and the boat up on the post. The SCDHEC official is still a joint owner of my residence and was involved in EPA Regulatory Control following the oil embargo and energy crisis of the 1970s likely impacting investors in Belton like maybe let's say Ran.off.cold.waltzing family including Psycho professor Robin Kowalski and her Spouse Tom Britt both of Clemson....
