My client was a mental health counselor who was sued for malpractice. I obtained a dismissal of the malpractice claim before trial. My client was also accused of working in concert with a GAL to depr ... ive the plaintiff of her civil rights under federal law. I lead the fight to have that claim dismissed which resulted in a precedent setting opinion from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The case continues to be relied on by other courts.
