John Michael Turner Jr.

 J. Michael Turner Jr., Managing Partner of Michael Turner Family Law & Divorce, LLC, provides authoritative legal assistance in family law with a strong focus on advocacy and client satisfaction. Born and raised in Laurens, South Carolina, he is a second-generation attorney following his father, J. Michael Turner Sr., and alongside his brother, The Honorable Matthew P. Turner, a revered Family Court Judge and member of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

Mr. Turner obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, followed by a Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. His legal journey began in earnest in 2010, specializing in family law. After serving as a Lead Litigator at a major national firm, Michael founded his practice in 2018.

His firm is known for handling complex and high-conflict cases, prioritizing client-focused resolutions.
