Mrs.

I went to the Dennison Law Firm for my wills and power of attorney. Carol consulted me in a very comprehensive, understandable way. She and her staff were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job.

Wills and Power of Attorney

Carole did our wills and power of attorney. She and her staff took all the time we needed to explain all the documents we needed to have prepared and signed.

Outstanding

Carole was complete professional and very experience in her field. I needed help with my Estate and she spent time with me and was never rush or push to do anything that I didn't want to do. She made me feel like family.

Great probate litigator!

I hired Carole Dennison due to the fact that a PR refused to pay a claim I filed against someone's estate. Not only did Ms. Dennison do a great job presenting the facts of my case, her vast knowledge of probate law was key to winning my case as she knew exactly when and where to object to the other ...attorney's statements & questions. It was also impressive (and, again, key to winning my case) how quickly Ms. Dennison could recall statutes and other laws, cases, etc. that applied to situations such as mine; I also felt her knowledge of such laws - and ability to recall them so quickly- kept the opposing attorney honest. I worked in the Summary (magistrate's) court system for 11 years and have worked closely with many attorneys, most of whom I would consider very good attorneys. Ms. Dennison is not only a great attorney, but a great human being and her sincere empathy for others is one characteristic that sets her apart. I have never worked with an attorney with as much knowledge of the law, while also possessing such compassion for her client. I feel 100% confident recommending Ms. Dennison to my family, close friends, anyone I care for, and members of the public who need an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate probate litigator. I am also very familiar with attorney's fees and I will admit, I felt Ms. Dennison could have and SHOULD have charged me two or three times what she actually charged. She was most fair with her pricing and, at one point, when I mentioned possibly filing a claim for something additional, Ms. Dennison told me upfront that the chances of winning a case like that were slim and that she did not want to take my money as I would be throwing good money after bad. I have simply never met a more honest & fair attorney, nor a more knowledgeable, quick thinking person. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with her. She made a very unpleasant situation bearable and helped me to feel at ease. She also won my case (which was not a cut & dry case; therefore, no easy task. The hearing was close to 3 hours in length but Ms. Dennison was as sharp and quick-thinking after 3 hours as she was when the hearing began). I did plenty of research prior to choosing an attorney to meet with. Carole Dennison, having been a probate judge herself and also having a psychology background, was initially who I chose because I felt she would best know how to handle my case from every possible angle. I was right, and she did. I could not have been happier or more at peace with my outcome or with my attorney, Carole Dennison.
