South Carolina native, Attorney Richard Stewart, excels in personal injury law and focuses his practice on car accidents, workers’ compensation, social security disability, and veterans’ disability cases. For over a decade, Attorney Stewart has participated in multiple litigations and has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Due to his dedication, he participated in a one of the largest civil trials in South Carolina, which was located in Oconee County.

Prior to his career as an accomplished personal injury lawyer, Attorney Stewart attended Furman University where he graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies. Following his undergraduate coursework, Attorney Stewart graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. Immediately following his completion of law school, he became a member of The South Carolina Law Review.

Attorney Stewart dedicated his life and his passion to helping those who have been wrongly injured.
