Biography
GWB is a business and commercial law firm that has been providing legal services for over 60 years in South Carolina and the Southeast region. The firm operates within 4 major practice groups--complex litigation, insurance practice, workplace practices (employment and workers compensation) and business/commercial litigation.
I am currently Chair of GWB's Tort & Personal Injury Team, managing a group of attorneys and staff who provide representation to insurers and their insureds in complex tort litigation, including auto, premises liability, business torts, and insurance coverage matters.
In addition, I represent motor carriers in all types of litigation and provide litigation and trial services to skilled nursing and assisted liviing facilities.
