William Robert Hellams

I'm Will Hellams, a South Carolina criminal defense attorney and the founder of Hellams Law in Greenville.

Before law school, I spent 20 years in public safety in Greenville County and Upstate South Carolina. That career — working inside the systems that now operate on the other side of my cases — is what brought me to criminal defense. I saw how the legal process can protect people and how it can fail them. That experience shapes how I read a case, evaluate evidence, and prepare a defense.
Hellams Law focuses on criminal defense.
