Biography
I enjoy serving my clients in many different practice areas including business law, estate planning, probate administration, real estate and tax law. I can handle all transactional needs of my clients, and I am also prepared to file and prosecute a lawsuit or defend my clients in litigation. I particularly enjoy probate litigation involving wills, trusts, and power of attorneys. I also enjoy resolving, or when necessary litigating, business disputes for my clients.
When not working for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and my wife, Jenna Hendricks McLeod, who is also an attorney working for the Greenville County Solicitor’s Office as a prosecutor. I enjoy movies, concerts, sporting events and traveling.

Upon the recommendation of my sister, I contacted Tyler for Estate Planning, including my Last Will and Testament and a Power of Attorney.
